About NEKC :: Season - 2

After the successful first season of National Electric Kart Championship, Season II grabbed its place as one of the best Electric Karting Events in India. More and more teams showed their interest in taking part in the Second season of the competition. We witnessed a sharp rise in the registrations as around 75 teams enrolled for the virtuals, out of which only 40 teams were shortlisted for the dynamic round.

The 2nd Season of NATIONAL ELECTRIC KART CHAMPIONSHIP was held in Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishavvidhalaya (RGPV)- State Technical University of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal from 26th-29th March 2019.

The Event Witnessed around 1000 participants from 35+ teams representing their respective colleges/ Universities across the 15 states of the country. The event was of 4 days and all the 4 days were full of thrill , passion, hardwork. Each team tried their hard to prove their metal on a national level platform. After 3 scotching days of competition, on the final day only 27 teams were able to make it to the endurance. Among all these teams Team Hawks 5.3 were declared as the overall winners for the competition.

A prize money of around 3 lac was distributed among the winning teams for the different categories.
